After discussing the current situation with X Server in linux community and reviewing of all pools and voting of people , we at Orlovsky Consulting GbR came to following conclusion:
1. The pools show clear picture , where we all go as Linux community.
2. Both Wayland and X11 have certain issues in theirs codebase's.
3. Amount of integrations in the world and amount of commercials clients
4. Work for integration TDE and XFCE into custom T2 Linux
5. Custom T2 Linux require a lot of support to get desktop to a good quality!
If you consider all those option , then the choice is clear and rest assure , this is what people expect and already decided to invest theirs time and effort
Finally the deicision: I love Xlibre belive me i would pick it for default, but enterprise clients using already Wayland and to ignore this, means to cut ties with commercial enterprise world, this not what i and my company itended with this distro, so i say custom T2 Linux default X Server is => Wayland
IF you consider paying for a work of 5 fullstack devs and wish for even more customization and switch of X server , we at Orlovsky Consulting GbR can do it , but the budget should be good and terms clear , so that we can work on your suggesttions and you can get the result which you actually expect from us.
